Travel notes

Choosing the right vehicle

Plan for people, suitcases, and the details that change how much space you need.

Start with your party

Give the total number of adults and children, and identify any child-seat or accessibility needs. A vehicle’s nominal seating count does not tell the whole story.

Count more than suitcases

Include cabin bags, large checked bags, ski equipment, golf bags, strollers, and other bulky items. Share dimensions when an item is unusually large.

Confirm the arrangement

The team should confirm the vehicle class and whether it suits the entire group and luggage. If a particular model is important, ask whether it can be guaranteed for the booking.

Compare the complete quote

Ask which vehicle class is included and review any taxes, gratuities, parking, waiting time, or additional stops. Confirm the total and applicable conditions in writing instead of comparing a headline price alone.

Plan for the whole itinerary

A ski weekend, a hotel transfer, and an evening event can need different luggage arrangements. Describe every leg and any equipment that stays in the vehicle, and reconfirm the fit if your party or bags change.

One transfer, a full day, or something a little more personal.
