Planning your YUL pickup
The details to share before your flight and the steps to follow when you land.
Before flying
Send the airline and flight number, date, party size, luggage details, and full destination. Make sure the passenger mobile number works after arrival.
After landing
Read the confirmed meeting instructions. Collect your luggage and contact the team if there is a significant baggage delay or the meeting point is unclear.
Connecting beyond Montreal
Tell the team if you are continuing to a resort or another city. Include the accommodation address, expected luggage, and any timing constraints at your destination.
If your flight or arrival plan changes
Send the updated flight number and arrival date to the team, including any change of airport or terminal. Flight monitoring does not replace telling us about a rebooking. Ask how a delay affects your confirmed pickup and waiting-time terms.
Keep the day-of details together
Save your reservation confirmation, meeting instructions, and the team’s contact number before travelling. For a private aviation arrival, provide the FBO name and ground contact so the pickup location can be confirmed.
